God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has give you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has give you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly. Romans 12:6-8
After reading this verse today I feel inspired! I know we all go through hi’s and low’s with our walk with Jesus and times when we may feel luke warm. My goal for all of us Savvy Mommas is to love Jesus like crazy! An easy way to do this and to show others the love that Jesus has for you is to do exactly what this verse calls us to do. Use your gifts that God has given you, and use them well! I would hate to be face to face with Jesus as I enter heaven and know that I didn’t give it my all while I was here on earth. I know He has given each and everyone of us a talent of some form. So instead of sitting around and being jealous because my friend is really good at one thing, I am going to find the gifts that God has given me and use them. God calls us to be a light for others and this verse just inspired me to step up, be bold and do things better than I have been doing them. Hoping the verse speaks to you in a way that you will see your gifts, use them and thank God for what He has given you!
